How can I accept this on my Kia Sorento? It's not working

I have a 2021 Kia Sorento and when I try to accept the terms of use and privacy statement, it takes about 20 minutes, but nothing shows up on the screen. How do I get this to work?

The language might be Dutch. Click Ja to accept.

It sounds like it’s asking if you want a beer. Just say Ja .

It asks, but then it just goes to a long loading screen that never stops.

This is a known issue. The system might need an update. Try contacting your local dealer.

@zabeen
Or you could try updating it yourself.

Sounds like a Windows issue. Try the classic Ctrl+Alt+Delete, and if that doesn’t work, just reboot the system.

Could this be a virus? I see random letters that don’t make sense at all! /s (just kidding)

Don’t try this while driving .

Try scrolling all the way down to accept, but make sure you’re parked. Don’t do it while driving.

The content still isn’t loading.

Try resetting the screen. It might help.

@Leeland
That didn’t help. The screen resets but the issue comes back when I start the car again.

Maybe it’s time to go to the garage for help. Good luck .

This could be a glitch. Try disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes and reconnect it to reset the audio unit. If your car’s under warranty, though, just take it to the dealership.

Is this the language you set? Maybe that’s the issue.

Have you tried contacting Kia for help?

I plan to go for an inspection and see if they can help with this.

Do you actually accept the terms? I just ignore it, and it disappears.

If you’re unsure about yes and no in the language, maybe avoid changing the language settings. Ja means yes, and nee means no.
