Thanks for clearing that up. I thought you were asking how to just hit accept. Have you tried updating your system recently? That helped resolve some issues for me a few days after getting the car.

I can’t do updates because there’s no hotspot in the car, and I think that’s causing the issue. When I start the car, it asks me to accept the privacy policy. After I press yes to read it, it loads for 20 minutes, but then just shows the Kia Connect logo. It asks to connect to the app, but I can’t connect with Wi-Fi—only Bluetooth.

I found something on SeltosForum . com. I called Kia support, and they figured out that the UBD socket under the dash was causing issues with the infotainment system. Try unplugging any devices from it, especially a Dashcam or video camera. Also, try resetting the system using the small ‘RESET’ button next to the volume knob.
