Another problem with the app… is it just me or are others dealing with this too?
Same here, just started today. Last week I could still remote start and check my car even with the so-called ‘connectivity issues.’ Hope they fix it fast. We pay too much for this to keep breaking.
Mine has been fine the whole time. Might be a regional thing.
Getting the same error. Reinstalled the app, still nothing. This is getting old.
It’s freezing over here on the East Coast, but the app has never worked properly anyway.

Same here, East Coast too.
Didn’t have this issue, but I got an email from Kia saying to reset the head unit if there were connection problems. My app wasn’t updating for days, but holding the button next to the volume for 5–10 seconds until it reset got it working again.
@Zachariah
Does that work for CarPlay too? Or just Android Auto?

Not sure, I use Android Auto. I mostly check gas levels and vehicle info on the app.
No issues on my end today. Hope it gets sorted out for everyone soon.
So frustrating. It just won’t work.
Did a soft reset on my infotainment system, and now everything works fine again. No more app errors.
Yep, same error over here.
Thought I was the only one. Tried the fuse reset people mentioned, then panicked thinking I made it worse.

Did the same thing this morning. Had the exact same thought.
Yep, having the same issue.
No issues here. Southwest US.
East Coast here too, mine’s completely dead. Was fine on Wednesday, now I can’t even log in.
Tried dealership mode fix, and it’s working again… for now.

What’s the exact process for that?
