Funny how the app worked fine when it was warmer, but now that it’s freezing in the mornings, I can’t remote start my car and warm it up before I leave. Been like this for a week.

Glad it’s not just me. Mine’s been down since the 9th, and I keep getting error messages. It’s annoying when you pay for a service that doesn’t work. I have iOS—how are you all resetting? What do you mean by soft reset?

If you’re still having trouble, I got mine working by pulling out the wireless DCU fuse under the dash for about 15 minutes. Put it back in, started the car, restarted the app, and it was all good. Remote start worked, and all the data (location, mileage, gas, etc.) was correct again. Hope this helps. Before this, I tried resetting with a paperclip, but that didn’t do anything.

Mine finally started working again today. I think they were fixing it on their end. Chicago here.

East Coast too, iOS user. Mine was working earlier when I made my payment, but now I noticed they removed the payment option from the app. Annoying that I have to go to the website now—used to be able to pay straight from the app.
