I had all the silver wrapped black when I got the car. The dealership said for warranty claims, they have to replace it with the original trims.
Got mine replaced for free without any hassle.
Same issue here in Québec, Canada. My dealer slapped yellow tape on the trim as a ‘temporary fix’ over six weeks ago. No updates since.

Wow, I hope I don’t have to deal with that kind of ‘fix.’
Try using JB Weld epoxy for metal-to-plastic repairs. Worked like a charm for me.
Ordered mine three weeks ago. Let’s see how long it actually takes.
I’m in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Got the trims replaced on my 2024 SX Prestige X-Line within two weeks under warranty. No problems at all.
Looks like the dealer lied when they told me it’d take three weeks.
Still waiting since September.

All those trim pieces are on a national backorder. Been waiting since September 1, and now two more trims have come loose while I wait.
