Loving the color update! Sending good vibes to you, your wife, and family. My mom’s favorite color was green, and I almost got my car in Deep Forest green. It’s really special that you’re doing something like this to bring her joy during this tough time.
@Wyatt
Thanks. I’m trying everything, but it’s hard for her to appreciate much with the stress she’s under.

That’s understandable given what she’s going through. She probably sees all the small things you’re doing, even if it’s tough to show appreciation right now.
Did you swap out the puddle lights for RGB ones? How do you change the color?
Looks fantastic! (Sorry about your wife)

That color effect is actually from the lights at an Instavolt charging station—it made a cool reflection!
It looks different in natural vs. artificial light. But now I’m definitely considering swapping out the puddle lights—great idea!
I wrapped mine in Avery Dennison’s Lightning Ridge, a purple/green color shift. Love your setup!

Haha, that’s amazing! I’m in The Netherlands and my wrap is about a year old, still turns heads everywhere I go.
Wishing the best for your wife, and hope she finds a match for a transplant soon.
@TellurideTrekker
She has type ‘O,’ so finding a match is really tough. I went through testing to see if I could donate, but unfortunately, I’m not a match. We’re hoping an altruistic donor might come forward.
I used to live in Sweden and keep meaning to come back to Europe. I’d love to do a road trip up to Stockholm to see old friends—might have to find the time to make it happen.

Thanks, it’s a matte finish instead of gloss since the base color is matte steel. I’ll ask the guys who did the wrap about the brand in case anyone’s interested.
So sorry to hear about your wife’s health. Sending you and your family all the strength and support during this difficult time.
Really love how this turned out. Also, it’s a really thoughtful gesture.

Thank you! She’s usually not a fan of surprises, but this one she liked… though maybe not as much as the time I surprised her with a new mattress—lesson learned!
Anything that can make her smile is worth doing.

She’s originally from the East Coast, so anything that manages to make her smile is huge . Any tips from you guys in the US?
@Chris
Try cooking her favorite meal if you can pull it off.
Set aside time to just relax together, no agenda. Maybe a bubble bath if that’s her thing.
And let her talk about whatever’s on her mind—just listen.
@Malik
Thanks for the tips!
She’s not a fan of baths, and her diet’s pretty limited because of her kidneys, but the other two I can definitely manage. I’m really struggling, so I appreciate the advice.
@Chris
I can only imagine. You’re doing your best, and sometimes just being there is the most important thing.

She keeps saying she wants the house organized, but we’ve got stuff from three countries crammed in here, and I’m terrible at getting rid of things I think might be valuable.
