Thinking about getting a Kia Soul, is it worth it?

I’m looking at buying a 2020 Kia Soul EX+ with 96K km on it for 17.5K CAD at a local dealership. Is it a good deal? I live in Northern Ontario, so winters can get pretty rough.

It’s such a pretty color, wow!

Yeah, they don’t make those colors anymore. The current options (at least in the US) are pretty boring—just one blue, one red, and a dull grayscale palette. I miss the fun yellow and green apple colors.

Find out what motor is in there first. If it’s the 1.6 Gamma 2 GDI, don’t buy it.

I’m in Manitoba, so I know about harsh winters too. I’ve got a 2020 EX, and it’s done great with a solid set of winter tires. No complaints about how it handles, and the heated windshield is worth it on its own, haha! Mine’s also in the bright green color—be ready for tons of compliments!

Go for it. I’ve been driving mine for 45 days, and I have zero complaints. It’s the longest I’ve gone without car anxiety in 15 years!

I got a certified 2020 X-Line last year with 25k miles for $20k American. I’m really happy with it, and I think it’s a good deal if you can get the 100k warranty.

I’ve been in the club for a couple of weeks now, and I’m a guy. No regrets at all.

I have a 2018, and it’s been great through five Chicago winters. Very easy to control in snow and ice.

It’s a beaut! Go for it! My toaster has never let me down.

I’ve got a 2020 in the same color, and I’ve had it for five years now. I love it! The transmission did fail a week after the warranty, but they replaced it anyway.

I’m driving a 2020 Kia Soul EX in Undercover Green, with 126K miles on it. I love it! I’m not sure if it’s a car or an SUV, but it’s great in snow and fun to drive. I also had a 2010 Kia Soul, which my daughter has now, and it has over 250K miles.

We love ours! 70k miles and no problems at all.

Thank you for all the comments! I saw the car today, and I absolutely love it. Now, time for the negotiating part.

Hey there, Turbulent_Case_7708 - thanks for saying thanks! TheGratitudeBot has been reading millions of comments in the past few weeks, and you’ve just made the list!
