I think it’s included with the higher-end models. In Canada, that’s the Land + Premium and the GT-Line. You can probably buy one at the dealership too.

Pretty sure it comes with the car if you’re in the US. Check the frunk or under the floor in the trunk area.

Found mine in the trunk after watching some forum videos. Had no idea it was there for years. Missed out on using it during a power outage… felt pretty dumb when I finally found it.
