Is someone else experience problems connecting wirelessly? Frequently, I’m forced to use the reset button, or in other places, it stops working altogether due to interference. When using a GPS, it can be quite annoying and stops working when you do know where you are going. My old Optima’s wired version is what I miss.
Having wireless access must be nice. I can not help but utilize wired in mine.
It is not pleasant at all. It is worthless. Always cuts out, requires a reset because it will not connect, and, because to interference, turns off entirely when using navigation. Having a road trip and would want to listen to music on someone else’s phone? If Bluetooth pairing is possible at all, have fun switching connections. In order to initiate a fresh connection, you must be in park. Not at all.
Have you tried checking for any firmware updates for your car’s infotainment system? Sometimes a software update can resolve these issues.
That is a wise recommendation, however everything is current based on my previous check for firmware changes. Regretfully, nothing has changed for the better. That such a simple feature as Bluetooth communication is so erratic is annoying.
