Picked up this car just yesterday to replace my old 2015 Ford Focus that finally broke down. This is my first Kia ever. At first, I wasn’t a huge fan of the color, but then I saw it in person and it’s really grown on me. The color is called Morning Haze LXS. So far, I’m happy with it!
I’m planning on keeping up with all the maintenance, and I’m wondering… do I need to stick with oil changes every 5k miles to make sure the powertrain warranty stays valid?
I’d say it’s best to check the manual and follow what it recommends to keep that warranty valid… rather than going off what someone on this forum might say.

That’s a good point. My dealer wasn’t too clear on the specifics, so I just wanted to hear what other people thought on here.
We just got a new Telluride ourselves. For context, we traded in my ‘15 Challenger SRT8 for it, which I’ve had since new. The Telluride became the new family car while I kept our ‘14 Merc E350 for daily driving.
On a recent road trip, we noticed Tellurides all over the place, and the look is really what brought us into a Kia dealership. Honestly, everything in Kia’s lineup right now looks so sharp. Hats off to the Kia design team .
I was considering waiting for the K4, but I ended up going with the 24 Elantra N-line. Good choice with the K4! It’s got such a comfortable interior, the screens are fantastic, and the exterior looks great too.

I’m with you there. I love the K4’s look, but I’d only go for the GT-line turbo. Got my 24 Elantra N-line not long ago, so I’m probably sticking with that for now since it’s also got the 1.6T.
