A few years ago, I sent a complaint to the Minister of Transport Canada and followed up after the warranty extension was released in the USA.
This week, the Minister’s office called to confirm that the warranty extension is coming to Canada soon!

In 2016, my vehicle had no problems with the head bolts. It’s great to see work like this being done, but it shouldn’t stop at the border. Since these extensions are produced in the same North American plant, they should be available everywhere.

Nice job! I’m working on extending the warranty to cover up to 2015 since my car has already reached 170,000 miles and has had a good run. I had to buy a new car, so now I’m hoping the warranty extension will come through. If it doesn’t, I’ll tackle the repairs myself using that tap kit.
