How do I make this car stop making all these noises?
It keeps dinging and whistling at me, and I don’t need to know everything it’s trying to tell me.
Can I turn it off, or do I need to take drastic measures with this console?
Why not read the manual instead of asking people online?
You can actually adjust a lot of the alerts or lower their volume. What year and model are you driving?

It’s a 2024 Carnival. My mom’s car. The only time I checked the manual was when I was driving at 40 mph. The guys at the shop said it’s impossible to turn off the speed and red-light camera alerts.

The only safety feature I’d turn off is the automatic emergency braking.

I actually like the beeps telling me how close I am to things. What’s driving me nuts are the dings and whistles every time I pass a camera in the city.

Are you talking about the GPS warning you about cameras?
