I’ve been looking at the 2025 Kia Soul, and I’m torn between the LX, S, GT-Line, and EX trims. Each one has its perks, but IDK which is really the best fit. Like, the LX is affordable and seems decent for basic needs, but the EX sounds fancy with all those premium features. Anyone here driving one of these? What’s your take?
I have the S trim, and I gotta say, it’s a sweet spot. Not too basic, but not super expensive either. The dual-zone climate control is clutch, especially in summer.

Ooh, nice! How’s the 8-inch touchscreen? Does it work well with CarPlay?

Yup, works like a charm. No lag or weird issues. It’s pretty responsive for the price.
I went for the GT-Line. Love the sportier look and the bigger wheels. The black gloss roof gives it a cool vibe too.

Sounds awesome, but how’s the ride quality? I heard sport-tuned suspensions can be rough?

Yeah, it’s a bit firmer compared to the S or EX, but it’s not bad. It handles well around corners, which I like.
Tbh, the LX trim is solid if you just need a reliable ride. My friend has one, and it’s great for commuting. No frills, but it does the job.

Does it feel too basic, though? I’d miss things like keyless entry.

Yeah, it’s basic for sure, but for a daily driver, it’s fine. If you want more tech, maybe the S trim is better.
The EX is like driving a mini luxury car, lol. Heated seats, power sunroof… I feel spoiled every time I get in.

Sounds boujee! Does it come with a wireless charger too?

Yup, it does! Super handy when your phone’s dying. It’s one of the reasons I went for the EX.
For those debating, think about what you’ll actually use. I almost bought the GT-Line but realized I didn’t care about sporty looks. Ended up saving money with the S.

Smart thinking. I feel like I always pay for features I never use. How’s the S treating you?

Loving it! It’s got enough tech to make life easy without being over the top.
