Anyone got a lead on a Kia wiper switch?

I joined this forum just to post this because I’m really stuck and could use some help. I have a 2023 Kia Rio that’s been broken into twice (please, no judgments on this—if I could get a different car or move, I would). After the first break-in, it was in the shop for a few weeks, but insurance covered a rental, so it wasn’t too bad. Then it got broken into again in July, and it’s still in the shop because of one missing part: a Kia Wiper Switch, Part# 93420-H8000.

It’s been on back order for months. At first, they said a week, then two. Now they’re saying 3-6 months, and most recently, they don’t even have an estimate anymore. Insurance stopped paying for the rental a while back, and after about $500 out of my own pocket, I gave up on paying for it too. I’m left borrowing cars and bumming rides to get to work.

It just seems ridiculous that this part is so hard to get. I’ve heard it might be possible to use a Hyundai part, but I’m not sure if it’ll fit. If anyone can help me find this part, I’d be so grateful. I’d obviously pay you for it and cover shipping. Even if you have some ideas on what else I could do, I’m all ears. This situation has been really stressful and expensive, and I just want my car back.

There’s a parts place near Jon Sevier and Chapman that has a lot of late model cars, but you’d have to take the part off yourself. Try searching for ‘parts Knoxville’ online and see what you find.
