Hey everyone, my 2013 Kia Soul isn’t starting up. There’s no spark, the fuel pump relay isn’t getting power, and several fuses are only showing 1v with the key on and dropping to .25v when I try to crank it. Does anyone know where the voltage for these fuses comes from?
Same issue with my Soul last year. Did you check the engine control relay?

I haven’t yet, any tips on how to do that?

You usually find it in the fuse box. Look for the relay labeled ECU1 or something similar.
Could be a security issue. Maybe the key isn’t programmed properly.

You might need to visit a dealer or a locksmith to get the keys reprogrammed.
It might be a problem with the ECU or a broken ground signal line.

Use a multimeter to test for continuity between the ECU and the relay.
Make sure to check all the wiring connections to the relay.

Will do, thanks!
Consider getting the keys reprogrammed at the dealer.

Already tried, no luck.
