Why So Many Posts About Issues That Can Be Fixed Under Warranty?

Hallo…

I’ve been seeing a lot of posts about major issues or warning lights on cars that are obviously still under warranty. Why not just call the dealership, book an appointment, and get it sorted? Instead, people are waiting for guesses from others when no one here can really diagnose it from a photo.
Can someone explain the thought process here? I’m genuinely curious.

Best wishes…

The warranty procedure is :grin:perceived by many customers as being unjust, annoying, and time-consuming. Creating a post on the internet can be a means to express annoyance, look for assistance, and even change the company’s rules or procedures.

Social media groups, forums, which  offer a place for people to interact, talk about similar experiences, and ask for guidance. Discussions about warranty concerns are frequent in these sites.

Online forums are frequently used by people looking for help with warranty-related difficulties or advice from those who have gone through similar experiences.

There are often a lot of :unamused:posts concerning warranty difficulties because of the combination of rising consumer knowledge, the availability of internet platforms, and the possibility of successful outcomes.
