Hi guys, I’m new to the forum and just got a 2017 Sorento SX 2.0 Turbo. I’ve noticed the rear suspension feels a bit “thump,” and I’m not sure if that’s just how it rides or if there might be an issue. Also, the climate controls tend to get sticky on cold mornings. I tried some WD-40, which helped a bit. I’d appreciate any feedback on these issues.

That thump in the rear suspension might be normal for the 2017 model, but it’s worth checking for worn shocks or struts.
As for the sticky climate controls, WD-40 is a good temporary fix. You might also try a dedicated electronic cleaner for a longer-lasting solution.
