I’m thinking about getting a new base model Kia Soul, and I’ve seen a few listed for $21,000+ in my area. I’ve always heard you shouldn’t pay sticker price, but I’m not sure what a fair price would be. 
What’s a realistic number I should aim for? Anyone have recent experience negotiating for one?
