I repeatedly pressed the unlock button, but none of the doors would open. Interestingly, the mirrors continued to fold and unfold with each attempt. Ultimately, I had to open the back tailgate using the button, which miraculously unlocked all the doors.
While my tacos remained safe and delicious, this incident has me worried about the possibility of getting locked out again, especially in a less convenient or more remote location. I hope to avoid accidentally triggering this car’s mysterious “Konami code” in the future.
