Thanks to the advice and tips from people on this forum, I finally went ahead and bought my car.
Ivory silver with an off-black interior, seat package included, but I skipped the entertainment system based on your warnings.
I got it for $3000 below MSRP, completed the purchase online, and they even delivered it to my house. My dealer was great and nearby.
Big thanks to everyone here for sharing knowledge and experiences that helped me make a solid deal. Now I just need to figure out all the tech it comes with.

Thanks again for all the helpful posts here. The support really made a difference in getting a good deal and skipping unnecessary extras.
Did you finance it? I’m wondering if I need to arrange financing before heading to the dealership since I’m buying from out of state.
@LizCampbell
Yep, I financed it. Unfortunately, there aren’t any special offers for the Carnival right now, so I put a large down payment and went with their 36-month 4.9% rate. They also had 48 months at the same rate. You might get a better deal through your credit union.
I plan to pay it off faster, so spending extra time to save a tiny percentage didn’t seem worth it to me. Good luck with your purchase.
@LizCampbell
My bank offered 4.99%, but Kia beat it with 4.79% for 60 months. It’s always smart to go in with pre-approved financing to use as leverage.

Congrats on the purchase. Sounds like you got a great deal.

Nice! I got the same package and saved $2,960. They included all-weather floor mats too. I’m also glad I skipped the entertainment system.

That’s a beautiful car. Why did you pick the Kia over something like the Odyssey?
Thanks! I’ve been following Kia for years and watched them transform into a brand known for style, value, and reliability. They’re giving Honda and Toyota some real competition.
We chose the Carnival because of its design, features, and the great value compared to competitors. Plus, the 10-year/100,000-mile warranty sealed the deal for us.
We’ve owned two Kias before, and they’ve been reliable. Right now, we also have a 2023 Sportage SX, which I love.
So yeah, I’ve become a bit of a Kia fan over the years.

Welcome to the group. There’s a lot of great posts here about aftermarket accessories.
Definitely. I was planning to black out the shiny silver body-side swoosh, but Kia already did it. Next, I’m looking at all-weather mats and maybe a screen protector for the infotainment system.
