I’m considering buying a 2024 SX AWD. The interest rate options are 4.25% for 60 months or 4.99% for 72 months. I’m wondering if this is a good deal or if I can get a better offer elsewhere. Any advice?

It’s just an unnecessary extra charge. Dealers love to add it for more profit.

You could get a 25’ for about the same price. Call another Kia dealership.
It’s a decent deal, but if you push, you might be able to save around $3k.
Don’t go for LoJack, and check the 2025 models. I think you might find a better deal elsewhere. I had to drive to the next state to avoid overpriced deals.
Forget about the LoJack. Ask for $50k OTD and see if they’re willing to negotiate. I wouldn’t pay more than $50k for it. It’s a leftover '24, and the pandemic is over now. Remember, you can always walk away.

Get rid of that LoJack. I’d press for a better deal. The 2025 models are out now.

Same here, I got a 24 SX Prestige X-line. You can definitely do better than that.

I deal with Tellurides all the time. For a leftover 24, this is a fair deal. But ask Jerry Siner in South Jordan to remove the LoJack for a $2,500 dealer discount. I also did a deal in late October where Kia was offering an extra $1,500 finance incentive for slightly higher rates. You can work the numbers depending on what fits you. If not, get the LoJack removed and try for a $3,000 discount. Good luck!

Call Doug Smith in Lindon and talk to Gabe Smith. Give him those numbers, and you’ll get a much better deal. The LoJack will be removed immediately, and you can negotiate for under $50K OTD. Edit: Didn’t realize this quote was for a 2024 model—pricing should be for a 2025!

We bought a 2024 SX Prestige at Seiner in August with all-weather mats, cargo cover, LoJack, and windshield protection for $54k. It’s a bit controversial, but I’m glad I got the windshield protection. I had my first windshield chip within two weeks from those gravel trucks on I-15.
