Is the price fair for a 2023 SX-Prestige X-Line? Ford dealer's deal

I don’t think it’s a great deal. For a used one, you could buy a new 2024 model from the Kia lot for less.

Only 16K miles of warranty left on a $38K car? Not for me. Unless you don’t mind the lack of peace of mind. Pay a little more, skip some luxuries, and get a new one with a 100K-mile warranty. The ‘S’ package in AWD has plenty of equipment for the money. Good luck.

That seems about right. A few months ago, my 2022 SX Prestige X-Line with 36K miles was $34,900. Couldn’t find a better deal anywhere in Texas.

I got a new 2025 EX at 5.5% for 48 months, $895 a month with 5K down.

I got a 2024 with zero down and $805 a month. Same terms as yours. Interesting.

Yeah, they had better deals on 2024s. My wife wanted the 2025 though. You didn’t mention the trim and where you’re located.

@MarioKing
2024 SX X-Line AWD, so not the Prestige, but I didn’t think the heads-up display, rearview mirror camera, and auto-sensing wipers were worth the extra cost. Mine is all black with grey (called sage green) interior. It had 2 miles on it when I bought it in Coral Springs, FL.

@TurboTraveler
Sounds nice. Glad you got a good deal.

It’s a fair price. Two many miles for me. 6.99% is good. Today’s market is still crazy. All the dealers in my state are selling new Telluride’s for $48K+. I would buy it. Remember your warranty is up at 60,000 miles. Buy the extended warranty.
