I’ve been putting off tinting for too long, and now my windows are filthy inside. Do they usually treat you better if you clean the inside yourself before going for the tint?
Looks great, but I wish the fronts matched the back tint.
The shop I went to was really nice about it. I live in Ohio, so my car was super dirty when I went in. It was too cold to wash it, but they were cool and actually rinsed it off for me. The inside was pretty clean because my car is new, but they still cleaned it before tinting.

You can damage the paint using automatic car washes. Consider getting ceramic coating for more protection during winter. I have the same color, and I live in Illinois, but it’s too cold to wash it myself, so I take it to my detailer every two weeks for a wash.

Touchless washes can still harm the paint. Many use waxes not suited for matte finishes. Unless you’ve confirmed that the soaps are matte-friendly, I recommend hand-washing or having a detailer do it using the right products.
