Do you think Souls are more common in some areas? I wondered if it’s just the Baader-Meinhof phenomenon, but after traveling a lot last year, I noticed I didn’t spot nearly as many as I do in Central Pennsylvania.
Yeah, I think it’s just having one. I see soooo many on my daily drive, especially the 2022+. They’re priced well for an economy car, so I guess more people are buying them, especially with the car market being so overpriced. A lot of white ones like mine, so I think many fleet cars (like mine) arrived late last fall.

I’ve noticed this too. I just got a 2025 white Soul, and now I see tons of them on the road and in the parking lots around here in Florida. I told a friend who lives in a different city, and she said she barely ever sees one, but I told her once you drive one, you’ll start noticing them everywhere! I’ve always liked the look of the Kia Soul, so I’ve noticed them before, but now that I have one, it seems like they’re everywhere, especially in Pearl white!
People who drive Souls seem to like to be around other Soul drivers. I never thought that was a thing before I got mine, but now I see it’s true. I’ve also noticed Teslas do the same thing. Not many other car brands seem to have that, at least not as often as Souls.
I don’t see many in Northern NV, but when I go to Vegas, they’re everywhere! There are so many of them down there.
It’s like the GTA effect. When I played Vice City, I’d look for a specific car and it was so hard to find. But once I got it and started driving it around, it felt like everyone had the same one!
It really does feel like they’re everywhere. Kia sold a lot of them in the US, they were a really popular car.
