Looks great. I really like the blue colour.

Thanks a lot!
This model is one of the better ones from Kia. We rarely see it in the shop, which is always a good sign. Just keep up with regular maintenance and you’ll avoid most issues.

Good to hear! I make sure to stay on top of maintenance. The car even reminds me with a countdown, though it’s kind of funny how it goes into negative days if you don’t reset it.
Why do manufacturers keep putting the turn signals so low on the bumper?

Haha, I’ve complained about that with other cars too. Funny enough, I don’t mind it on mine.
@Davis
I actually like the lower placement. It looks different, and unless someone’s tailgating you, it’s not really an issue.

True! My car seems to attract tailgaters though, especially during the holidays. But yeah, it works on some designs.
You’re going to get a lot of looks on the highway. Just don’t let every Civic or Elantra that passes you turn it into a race. Oh, and those wipers are solid.

Haha, the wipers are fine. I don’t really care much about wipers, but it’s funny how they operate differently from my old car.
Looks sharp. I really like the red accents at the front. Nice choice. By the way, are you talking about the lane assist feature?

Thanks! The red detailing was a big reason I chose the GT Line. As for lane assist, nope. It’s the highway driving assist that kicks in with cruise control. It even handles curves on the expressway.
@Davis
Oh, got it. Hope you enjoy all the features.

Thanks! I definitely will.
@Davis
Congrats. By the way, the highway driving assist is great, but you still need to keep your hands on the wheel. It’ll beep if you don’t. I just hold the wheel lightly and make small movements every now and then.
@Brianna
I don’t really use the highway assist much since my commute is only 15 minutes and doesn’t involve highways. But yeah, I’ve noticed it activates automatically with cruise control. It’s just a bit of a change from my older car, which didn’t have any of these features.
@Davis
Makes sense. Wishing you many trouble-free miles with it.

New cars really love to warn you about everything these days.
