Anyone got a 2025 Hybrid SX with roof rack, tow hitch, and mud flaps… how do you like it?

These were must-haves for our family of six. We also got the all-weather mats. Our bike rack connects to the hitch, so we definitely needed one. Our last SUV had crossbars for the roof rack, and it came in handy when we needed it. The mud flaps are already proving useful, and I can see the difference.

Anything else worth adding?

Looks really good

How much did you pay in total? I’m looking at getting the same one.

$53,700 including all taxes and fees. Ceramic Silver, black edition. 2025 SX Hybrid. Got a discount on the roof rack and tow hitch, but those were separate. Paid $1,600 for both, including installation.

What hitch did you go with? Does it come with a cover or holder for the harness, or did you have to buy that separately?

Had to buy both separately.

Hitch - R0F61 AU100

7-Pin Harness - R0F67 AC600

Which crossbars did you get?

Just so you know, having crossbars on all the time lowers your gas mileage by about 3 MPG.

Didn’t think about that. Might take them off and only put them on when needed.

Here’s the test I was talking about: Tested: How Much Do Roof Racks Affect Fuel Economy?

Thinking about getting a roof rack. Did you buy from the dealer or find it cheaper elsewhere? Also, was the tow hitch dealer-installed?

By the way, I’d recommend this for the trunk and back seats.

Appreciate the suggestion. We just went with the dealer ones. The salesperson got us a deal—$1,600 for both the racks and the hitch, including installation. I’m on crutches right now, so I wouldn’t have been able to do it myself anytime soon.

That setup looks great

I don’t need the hitch, but the one I wanted came with it. Would love to remove it.

Nice
