Same as you, so I know how the CVT gets a bit dull after a while. But hey, hope you enjoy it.
@zabeen
Fair point. I was holding out for the K4 GT Line but ended up going with the Forte GT Line because I needed a car sooner.

Probably a good choice! I work for Kia, and even the master techs here say the Forte’s a solid pick. The K4’s a bit of an unknown still.
@zabeen
Really? That’s kind of what I was worried about with the K4. I heard some 2025 K5s have engine issues too. Just don’t fully trust those GDI engines yet.

Not saying it’s bad, but yeah, we won’t know until there’s more data. Around here, people still pick the K5 or Forte over the K4.
@zabeen
Same here. I almost went for the K5, but the Forte’s premium packages seemed like better value, and it was cheaper. The K5 GT Line doesn’t even have cooled seats!

Yeah, feels like they’re cutting features to make you go for the GT trim. Even last year’s model wasn’t like this. Would get a ‘23 over a ‘25 if I could.

I’m with you, though. The Forte GT Line’s great for younger drivers—not too fast, not too slow, handles well. It’s kept me safe through a lot. Glad I got it .
